meet our founder 

 

Nicholas Bryson was born and raised in the Permian Basin, Nicholas received his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M College Station in Landscape Architecture. During that time, he worked multiple jobs in the construction industry. This is where his passion for real estate development and renovation began. In 2012, Nicholas spent 8 months abroad studying European urban planning and landscape architecture. Again in 2013, he spent another year traveling to Australia and Asia to experience their culture, gaining invaluable knowledge about their urban planning and economic development.

While in Australia, he was employed by a company where they moved captured flood water from a series of dams into open water channels, thus irrigating their crops. Since then, Nicholas has been designing and managing projects in the Permian Basin for design build firms by creating outdoor spaces for private and public sectors.
